This information forms the basis of your coaching program.

GROW Model:
We use the acclaimed GROW Model (designed by Business Coaches Graham Alexander, Alan Fine, and Sir John Whitmore) to guide the leader and team in defining the necessary strategies to reach their ideal state, their "Inspired Vision."
The coach acts as a process facilitator, a trigger for conversations, and an accountability partner.

Appreciative Inquiry (AI):
The program also uses Appreciative Inquiry, a strengths-based, positive approach to leadership development and organizational change that focuses on multiplying what brings life, joy, and pride to teams, leading to deeper and much more motivating results.
360° Feedback (Post-Program):
